Merry Christmas everyone! I am so relieved that the holidays are now upon us. December has been a whirlwind of events. I just thought I'd pop in and write a post for all of you who are experiencing troubling times during this holiday season. I am too, trust me.

Story time?! Okay.

I have been so excited during these few weeks leading up to Christmas as my grandma, aunt, uncle, and cousins are coming to Arizona for the holidays. A couple of days ago though,(a few days after my grandmother landed) she was taken very ill and admitted to the hospital. She is still staying there through today and possibly tomorrow. Christmas will definitely be different and a bit empty without her in the house and driving back and forth from the hospital. Nonetheless, I am doing my best to keep the Christmas spirit alive. . . i.e. I've been playing Bublé's Christmas album on repeat. 

I have filmed and started to edit a Christmas YouTube video, but I have a feeling it's just not going to happen. I certainly don't want to upload a video that I am not happy with. Quality is better than quantity right?? I just feel as though I should update this page with my life in some sort of hope that it will resonate with at least one of you going through something similar.

Christmas is a time for family, friends, happiness, and getting slightly tipsy off of apple cider and Fireball so those awful presents (we all get them) seem chic and useful (who needs a porcelain bust planter? Really.)

 I wish you all the merriest of Christmases!! Fun videos. posts and pictures will be up soon. Promise! I'm actually very excited to bring some of my ideas to life and create and be a part of this internet community on YouTube and the blogosphere. I have a solid plan down for the new year and even though I'm not one for resolutions, I'm making an exception.

Submerged in a flurry of finals.

Howdy everyone! Just thought I'd drop a line and let you all know why there will be a lack of posts until next week. It's my last week of school for this semester and I'm flooded with final assignments and exams. I have a fun video planned for next week, but I have to get all of my assignments in before I film and edit. A lot of work, time, and effort goes into the making of these videos, and at the moment, that energy needs to go towards school. Even though I enjoy writing posts and making videos so much more. I really do.

For all of you out there with finals to take, good luck! Invest in some coffee and make a good Spotify list. Next week will be holiday and makeup extravaganza posts and videos.
