Holiday Candle City DIY!

Kittens! How are all of you? I'm absolutely chipper today because it's nearing the holidays. I count Black Friday as a holiday too. Five-dollar DVDs?! Turn up. Anywho, I made a little DIY video over on the YouTubes and I would love for you to check it out. I figured I would film a DIY instead of doing it step-by-step. Perhaps I'll do this with makeup. Hint, Hint. Wink, wink.

Boston Part 2 and YOUTUBE VIDEO!!

I returned home from Boston a few days ago and am already missing all of my friends...and the cold weather. It was almost 75 degrees in Phoenix yesterday. It's not supposed to be that hot in November. I mean, really, come on. Today is a little better because the sky is gray and a storm is looming. I have quite a few videos planned for the rest of November and December. Ideas for new videos come easily during these chilly holiday months. Yesterday I filmed a new intro video to restart the page. I have a new video to upload on Monday that I think all of you will enjoy! In the meantime, watch the one below. Be sure to switch the video into HD.

Boston in the Fall: Part 1

Hi everyone! So I’m in Boston this week visiting friends. I didn’t really have a Fall break, so I’m making my own. Arizona doesn’t have real season, so it was nice to of to a place where leaves change and sweaters are a necessity.

As you can see, leaves really amuse me. I have gone out of my way many times to step on them.

 It's also nice to just walk aimlessly around the city and silently judge peoples' stoops.

I hope that all of you are enjoying these final fall days. This time of the year is my absolute favorite. Mostly because sparkles are everywhere--in clothes, makeup, the city lights (there's just more lights in general). Also, I have some really fun stuff planned. Weeeeee!

End of the year changes.

Hello again. It's been awhile hasn't it?

There are a few things we need to talk about, or rather, a few things I should tell you guys.

Despite the time and heaps of effort that I put into my other blog, this page seems to be getting more views and hits and positive feedback. To give you guys an idea of how much more...about double the daily views. It adds up.  I find this quite confusing as I had basically planned on abandoning this site. I know that most of you are linked over here from Pinterest due to my makeup suggestions and DIY posts. I've been put in a little predicament as I feel as though I'm leading a double life with these two pages. Quite honestly, keeping up the two and creating a YouTube venture...more on this later...is a lot of work, especially when the end of the Fall semester is coming up. I genuinely love doing this though, so I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

So here's my plan at this moment: I will continue to post fun, cozy, and quirky little things on here. As you can tell, I refaced the blog a bit to make it feel a bit more warm and cozy. I really would like to share a lot with you guys.

Now onto my YouTube venture. I've been planning to start a channel for a while. I've tried vlogging in the past and couldn't quite get the hang of it. Now, I'm determined to make it work and make it happen, yo. The whole channel won't be vlogs; I'll mainly do daily vlogs for traveling and events or just general things I thing would be fun and casual to share. Mostly, I plan on doing product reviews, hauls, DIY, lookbooks, and anything else I find to be happy and fun. Expect the first video to be up next week. I have a few lined up for the next month, but I'd love to hear your suggestions so feel free to contact me in any way--I'd love to talk about it.

Anyway, I'll stop chattering now.

A Tribute to Leonardo DiCaprio's Headband

Let's all take a moment and appreciate Leo's hairstyle choices. Namely, the majesticalness that is the Leoband*. That's right. I'm making it a thing now. He has sported this style since his teenage years. That's commitment.
